About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing CI/CD pipelines, automating development and deployment processes, and embedding security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, a strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, and a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Integrate security controls and vulnerability scanning into development pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and environment management.
- Monitor application delivery pipelines and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and security processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software development practices.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
