We're currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a long-term project within a large international enterprise environment.
📍 Warsaw – hybrid (office presence only 2–3 times per month, depending on project needs)

What you'll be doing:
- Gathering, cleaning, validating and analysing data from multiple sources
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations
- Writing and optimising SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Performing data validation, reconciliation and quality checks
- Identifying trends and translating data into actionable business insights
- Creating ad-hoc reports and conducting root cause analysis
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Presenting findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams
- Supporting data governance and data quality initiatives
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling and reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and KPI reports
- Understanding of databases, data warehousing and ETL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- English – professional working proficiency
Nice to have:
- Python (Pandas / NumPy) or R
- Azure Data Services, Snowflake or AWS Analytics
- Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics exposure
- Agile experience
- Experience within Healthcare, Pharma, Banking, Retail or Supply Chain
