Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser so it can work and remember your choices.

2. Essential cookies

Required for the site to work and cannot be turned off: access_token and refresh_token keep you signed in; cookie_consent stores your choice for each cookie category.

3. Preferences

The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the interface language you chose, so the site opens in that language on your next visit.

4. Performance measurement (optional)

Only if you accept “Performance measurement”, we measure load times and navigation with Sentry to find slowdowns. Technical errors may be logged to keep the service stable, never for advertising.

5. Advertising and marketing (optional)

Only if you accept “Advertising and marketing”, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). Meta then receives data about your browsing on HireAlice: pages visited, events such as completed sign-up and free trial start, IP address, browser and device data, and the _fbp and _fbc cookies. We use this data to measure, optimize and target our ads on Meta's platforms. Meta also processes this data under its own Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. If you reject it, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta.

6. Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choices at any time: • In the footer, click “Cookie preferences”, turn each category on or off and click “Save choices”. To withdraw everything at once, use “Reject non-essential”. • When you withdraw “Advertising and marketing”, the Meta Pixel stops sending data immediately and we delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies. • You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting essential cookies signs you out. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
