Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and who we are
HireAlice is operated by Nazorek.com. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
HireAlice aggregates tech job listings published by third parties on public websites and feeds, organizes them and ranks them according to your profile. We are not an employer, recruiting agency or career consultancy, we take no part in hiring processes, and we do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open or will lead to a job. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
3. Registration and account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • collect data from HireAlice by automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) or resell its content; • try to access areas, accounts or data that are not yours, or bypass usage or plan limits; • overload, probe for vulnerabilities in or interfere with the service; • create fake or multiple accounts to gain advantages; • upload illegal, offensive or malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the résumé and profile information you upload. By uploading it, you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, for example to extract your profile and calculate your fit with job listings, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Intellectual property
The HireAlice brand, software, design, texts and the analyses generated by the service belong to HireAlice or its licensors. Job listings and company brands belong to their respective owners. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the service under these Terms.
7. Plans, payments and free trial
The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan is a monthly or yearly subscription whose price, features and trial period are shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Asaas, Mercado Pago or Stripe, depending on your country); HireAlice does not store full card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel it. If a free trial applies, the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Price changes will be announced in advance and apply from the next renewal. If a payment fails, we may keep your access for a short grace period and then move your account back to the Free plan.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. Canceling stops future charges, and Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You may withdraw within 7 days of the first charge and get a full refund; just ask us using the contact below. After that period, charges for periods that have already started are not refunded, except where required by law or in case of an incorrect charge.
9. AI features and third-party listings
Fit scores, summaries, comparisons and natural-language searches are generated automatically by AI models and may contain errors. Use them as guidance, not as a final decision. Always check the listing on the original website before applying. When you follow an external link, that website's terms and privacy policy apply. See the AI Use and Disclaimer pages for details.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireAlice is not liable for third-party job content, hiring decisions, temporary unavailability, or indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid HireAlice in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, pose a risk of fraud or abuse, or when required by law, notifying you whenever possible. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion cancels active subscriptions and follows the timelines in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the service with reasonable notice and may ask you to accept them again. Continuing to use the service after the new version takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of the judicial district of Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil, have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring claims in your local courts where the law allows.
