About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/AIOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience and proven production experience across AI/ML, Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector and hybrid retrieval, reranking, agentic workflows, AI evaluation, anomaly detection, observability, Splunk, Python, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/AIOps systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven production experience across AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector and hybrid retrieval, reranking, agentic workflows, AI evaluation, anomaly detection, observability, Splunk, Python, and RCA/AIOps systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or Dynatrace is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Apply experience across AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, vector and hybrid retrieval, reranking, and agentic workflows in production environments.
• Work with AI evaluation, anomaly detection, observability, Splunk, Python, and RCA/AIOps systems.
