Desktop Support Engineer (Up to $3,200, Contract)

Job details

• Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month

• 1-month completion bonus

• 1-year renewable contract

• Location: Changi Business Park

• Working hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:30 / 08:30–18:00

Responsibilities

• Resolve helpdesk tickets for hardware, software, and basic network issues

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications

• Set up network printers and user workstations

• Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus checks

• Monitor performance and implement fixes to maintain system reliability

• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

• Support IT projects and provide basic end-user guidance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience

• Knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft Office

• Experience with desktop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Nitec/Diploma in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
