The opportunity - With services revenue scaling quickly, the business is appointing a Head of Delivery Services to lead a substantial, multi-region delivery function.
- Reporting into the executive team, you’ll own delivery performance and services P&L, and shape the strategy and capability needed for the next stage of growth.
What you’ll do - Lead and scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders across several regions
- Own services revenue, forecasting, utilisation, margin and capacity planning
- Oversee complex enterprise technology programmes and managed services engagements, including governance, risk and escalations
- Build best-practice delivery methodology, reporting and operating metrics
- Partner with sales, customer success, product and engineering to drive customer outcomes and growth
- Be the senior point of contact for enterprise customers on strategic programmes and critical issues.
What you’ll bring - Senior delivery leadership in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting or systems integration
- A track record delivering large-scale enterprise programmes, ideally across ERP, systems integration and data migration
- Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement
- Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore delivery models
- Credibility with executive and board-level stakeholders
- A hands-on style and genuine commitment to developing people.
