Tasks:
- * Analyze plant KPIs and equipment data to identify improvements
- * Diagnose industrial control network faults
- * Ensure equipment safety and regulatory compliance
- * Implement cost-saving and continuous improvement projects
- * Inspect supplier equipment for electrical specification compliance
- * Lead predictive maintenance initiatives
- * Lead teams in developing engineered solutions
- * Maintain control device backup and update libraries
- * Manage automation software, hardware, firmware, and revisions
- * Plan area and department budgets
- * Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems
- * Supervise maintenance activities and provide automation controls support
- * Support manufacturing control networks and IP addressing
- * Train maintenance staff in thermography, ultrasonic leak detection, and vibration analysis
- * Troubleshoot electrical systems and industrial controls
