In this role, you'll own IT operations and security infrastructure for a growing AI safety organization, managing accounts, devices, identity systems, and team support.
Remediate known security gaps including access controls, endpoint hardening, data protection, and vendor risk assessment.
Build self-serve infrastructure and processes to reduce manual work across teams.
Work cross-functionally with Research, Operations, and Communications teams to integrate security into their workflows.
Hire and manage an IT Coordinator to support organizational expansion.
