Develop and optimise system-level software for Android and Linux platforms, bridging hardware and software to deliver high-performance multimedia and computing solutions. The role focuses on one core subsystem: Display, Audio, Video, Camera HAL, GPU or NPU.
Design, develop, debug and optimise system software across Android and Linux platforms.
Develop and enhance software within one or more multimedia or compute domains, including Display, Audio, Video, Camera HAL, GPU or NPU.
Translate product requirements into scalable, efficient and high-performance software solutions.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware and system engineering teams on feature integration, system bring-up and performance optimisation.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the Linux/Android kernel, device drivers, HAL and user-space layers.
Improve system performance, power efficiency and latency to meet product requirements.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience in one or more multimedia or compute domains, such as Audio, Video, Camera, GPU or NPU.
Strong understanding of Linux or Android internals, including kernel, device drivers, HAL and system frameworks.
Proven ability to debug and optimise software across hardware and software interfaces.
Experience in automotive cockpit or in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) projects is an advantage.
