About The Role
As a full-stack developer at Reqtest, you build features end to end, from front end to back end. You build new functionality, including generative AI features and integrations, and improve what's already there, with a focus on quality and value for the customer.
You're part of the dev team, report to our CPO and collaborate closely with both the CPO and our CTO. We're a small company with a flat organisation, so you're close to everyone and see the impact of what you build.
You'll work agent-driven, where agents do much of the work and you direct, review and own the result. You follow your features all the way, from understanding the need, sometimes in meetings with customers, through technical decisions, implementation and testing, to release and follow-up. You'll also help us make the move to an AI-native way of working and shape what it looks like.
In short, you will be working with:
- building features end to end, front end (Angular, TypeScript) and back end (.NET/C#)
- developing generative AI features in the product
- building and maintaining integrations with other systems
- securing quality through code reviews, test automation and E2E tests in a continuous deployment setup
- making technical and architectural decisions together with the CPO and CTO
- turning needs into technical solutions, working closely with the product, operations and customer teams
- using AI tools as a natural part of the development workflow, not just as an add-on
To succeed in this role, we believe you have
- 5+ yeas as a full-stack developer within .NET/C#, Angular and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience of agent-driven development, including setting up agents and basic AI infrastructure.
- Experience shipping generative AI features to production.
- Experience of test automation, from unit to E2E, and continuous deployment.
- Experience building integrations via REST APIs.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience of Workato or another iPaaS.
- UX/UI skills.
- A clear product mindset and experience of SaaS environments.
- Experience of introducing new ways of working or technologies in a team.
- Experience of SQL Server, CQRS, and performance and optimisation.
- Swedish language skills.
