The Role
• Improve the quality, reliability, and velocity of data science and product development.
• Build scalable data foundations, analytics tooling, and analysis pipelines.
• Develop and document instrumentation and experimentation standards, partnering with product engineering teams.
• Create tools and processes enabling self-service access to trusted datasets and insights.
• Identify and advocate for improvements in data quality and discoverability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate actionable insights and inform product improvements.
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering analytics engineering or data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or a comparable programming language for large datasets.
• Experience building and operating data workflows, including ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to translate partner needs into technical objectives and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance engineering workflows and critically evaluate AI-assisted work.
• High integrity, ownership, and accountability for final deliverables.
