We work hard but maintain a strong emphasis on fun, flexibility, and work/life balance. Idlewild is seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. KEY REQUIREMENT: Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce.com consultant in the nonprofit sector, with minimum 1 year of experience in management or - Minimum 3 years experience as a full-time Salesforce administrator at a nonprofit with more than 200 users, leading large-scale projects serving multiple internal teams (effectively: an in-house consultant), with minimum 1 year of experience in management OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree (minimum) Experience leading projects and teams of consultants Experience with 3rd party integrations (Conga, Classy, FormTitan, FormAssembly, etc.) Data migration using tools (DemandTools, Data Loader, Apsona, etc.) Experience delivering service & support to stakeholders at all levels Authorized to work in the United States PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead projects delivering on a variety of Salesforce implementation, migration, and development efforts, including both project leadership and hands-on work Mentor and/or train junior team members Conduct discovery sessions with clients to determine business requirements Produce formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation Execute configuration/customization within Salesforce (no code required) Data migrations Track project progress and deliverables OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has led several 500+ hour projects for nonprofits Has done multiple NPSP or NPC implementations from scratch Enjoys managing people, developing growth, and helping others to succeed Successful working on a team and independently Self-starter Highly organized Salesforce certified NYC based Meticulous communicator (written and verbal) Genuine interest in working with nonprofits WHY IDLEWILD: Legit work-life balance Work with great clients ( www.idlewildinc.com/who-we-serve ) Work with a great team ( www.idlewildinc.com/who-we-are ) Professional development Direct access to executive management for training & mentorship Bright corner office in downtown Brooklyn LOCATION: Downtown Brooklyn, near 2,3,4,5,A,C,F,R Idlewild is an equal-opportunity employer and a certified woman-owned business.
