The Role
You will:
- Develop and maintain robust data models using dbt and SQL.
- Build scalable and reliable analytics datasets that support reporting and decision-making.
- Act as a bridge between Data Engineering and Analytics teams, ensuring data is transformed into meaningful business insights.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Improve data quality, testing, documentation, and governance practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and analytics engineering best practices.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with dbt.
- Advanced SQL and data modelling expertise.
- Proven ability to work across both engineering and analytics functions.
- Experience building and maintaining modern data transformation pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within FinTech is highly desirable.
- Candidates from high-growth technology businesses or blended banking and technology environments are also encouraged to apply.
