Linux DevOps Engineer | Red Hat | Ansible | Hybrid NL
We're currently supporting a large enterprise organisation undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. They are looking for an experienced Linux DevOps Engineer to join a team focused on automation, platform engineering, and infrastructure optimisation.
This is an opportunity to work on a business-critical Linux platform, driving automation and improving how infrastructure services are delivered across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
✅ Automating Linux server deployment and decommissioning
✅ Enhancing a mature Ansible Automation Platform environment
✅ Building self-service capabilities for internal users
✅ Creating reusable infrastructure and platform components
✅ Improving existing automation and operational processes
✅ Monitoring platform performance and availability
✅ Troubleshooting complex infrastructure-related issues
✅ Supporting platform users and maintaining technical documentation
What you'll bring
✔ 5+ years' experience within complex enterprise IT environments
✔ Strong Linux administration experience (Red Hat preferred)
✔ Hands-on experience with VMware and Ansible
✔ Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
✔ Knowledge of Ansible Navigator and Execution Environments
✔ Experience enhancing and maintaining existing automation frameworks
✔ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
