Translate marketing priorities into scoped engineering projects.
Define funnel events, implement client- and server-side tracking, and reconcile conversion data with warehouse reporting.
Build SQL models and dashboards to analyze cost per visit and cohort behavior.
Support the build pipeline and ClickHouse data supporting marketing attribution tooling.
Design, build, and maintain web features, APIs, and supporting data flows.
Investigate site performance, conversion, and data quality issues and ship improvements.
Review code, strengthen testing and monitoring, and make technical decisions with the broader engineering team.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience building and maintaining production software, including ownership of web applications from design through iteration.
Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience with modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
Experience shipping fast, accessible landing pages and funnel experiences, including bulk publishing workflows.
Fluency in SQL and experience working with warehouse data.
Experience owning production event tracking and measurement across web and backend systems, including attribution validation and data-quality debugging.
Sound judgment regarding web performance, accessibility, testing, and sensitive data.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, with strong computer science fundamentals.
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, experimentation tools such as Statsig, GrowthBook, or LaunchDarkly, and customer data platforms such as Segment or Ours Privacy.
Experience with lifecycle tools such as Customer.io, technical SEO, content publishing, A/B testing, or conversion optimization.
LLM application experience, healthcare data standards such as CDA/CCD/FHIR, or experience with streaming, tool calling, and evaluation-driven iteration preferred.
