Senior Software Engineer (Design Systems)

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, and considered opinions about their limits, where they help, and how to scale them beyond personal use
- Strong cross-functional collaboration instincts, comfortable working closely with designers, PMs, and partner engineering teams as your primary users
- 6+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- Deep hands-on fluency with the modern web stack: TypeScript, React, and the build, test, and deploy tools that surround them
- Design system experience is welcome but not required; front-end engineering and AI tooling fluency are the load-bearing skills
- Demonstrated experience as a frontend engineer building production product surfaces, with the systems-thinking instincts to reason about tooling, workflows, and platforms as well as features
- A track record of building tools and infrastructure that other engineers or non-engineers actually adopted, with judgment about onboarding, documentation, and the feedback loops that make adoption stick
