Security & Audit Expertise including leading relationships with external auditors, handling incident response, and defining rigorous testing and deployment standards.
Decentralized Governance Engagement with the ability to clearly present and defend technical roadmaps and protocol upgrades to external stakeholders and community forums.
Strategic Tradeoff Analysis to balance decentralization, security, gas costs, performance, and operational flexibility across on-chain and off-chain boundaries.
Economic Modeling Experience to evaluate protocol tradeoffs, model systemic failure scenarios, and collaborate directly with financial risk teams.
Formal Verification exposure or experience utilizing advanced validation tools for smart contract security.
AI Tooling Governance experience establishing practical guardrails for the responsible integration of AI-assisted development tools.
Active Open-Source Contributions within the wider Web3, Ethereum, or DeFi developer ecosystems.
