You should have hands-on WordPress experience and junior-level knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, allowing you to work confidently with custom ACF layouts, Elementor, Gutenberg and other page builders. You must understand content formatting, responsive design, image optimization and internal linking. Basic on-page SEO knowledge is preferred.
Because you will manage a high volume of content across multiple client websites, you must be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable following different instructions for each client. You should communicate problems promptly, meet deadlines and work independently without sacrificing accuracy.
