- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deliver complex systems on schedule
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the year as Hadrian scales across the country
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or C#
- Strong ability and desire to work directly with hardware on the factory floor
- Experience developing software to interface with physical systems in a field such as manufacturing, industrial automation, or 3D printing
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Profinet)
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Electronics or embedded systems
- Low-level networking, TCP/IP, and socket programming
- Building systems for real-time, safety-critical, or hardware-integrated environments
- Hardware-in-the-loop testing or simulation systems
- A minimum of 4-6 years of software engineering experience
