The Role
- Maintain, improve, and develop existing web applications
- Troubleshoot bugs and production issues, ensuring seamless operation
- Develop new features, integrations, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support the transition to a new platform and progressively take ownership of key components
- Maintain high standards around data integrity, security, and documentation
What You'll Need
- 3-6 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong full-stack development skills across various technologies
- Experience with a server-side language, a modern JavaScript framework, and SQL databases
- Proven ability to support live production systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
