About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced ML Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and software development to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that drive our innovative solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology in our industry. Responsibilities - Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Analyze and preprocess large datasets using Python and MongoDB to ensure high-quality input for model training. - Continuously monitor and improve model performance through rigorous testing and validation processes. Required Skills and Technologies - Proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks. - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. - Experience with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Work Location & Setup This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. We are open to candidates based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, but welcome applications from anywhere. Employment Type & Duration This is a full-time position with a project duration from July 14, 2025, to August 31, 2025. We anticipate a quick onboarding process of less than 7 days to get you up to speed and integrated into our team. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is between 1000 to 2500 USD per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
