As a Software Engineer on the IQ Grow team, you will play a key role in developing high-impact go-to-market initiatives that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth for our customers. You will work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
- Excited about AI-assisted development and LLM-based agents (Claude Code or similar), and interested in pioneering new workflows with the team
- Curiosity and a growth mindset: you seek feedback, embrace change, and want to grow toward broader ownership
- Comfortable reading and integrating with frontend applications and curious to work across the stack when needed
- Effectively works with ambiguity, agile delivery, and shipping usable software incrementally

- Strong collaboration skills: you communicate clearly with engineers, product, and business stakeholders, and adapt technical detail to the audience
- Strong on software development fundamentals — code quality, unit tests, clean code — and open to evolving your workflow with AI tooling
- Kotlin/Java experience, delivering products that drive impact
