Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to support our day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to end users, and assist in maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure.
Manage, troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, hardwares and laptops for day to day operations.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for user access requests, login errors, and permission issues.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding lifecycle processes including user account creation and removal, system setup, and IT asset deployment.
Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, including user accounts creation / deletion, access rights, software licenses, subscriptions and group permissions.
Assist with basic server maintanance, system monitoring and log reviews.
Provide L1 technical support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and coordinate with vendors on system support, enhancements and maintenance.
Support and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports to improve business process automation and reporting accuracy.
Liaise with third-party IT vendors and service providers for IT related matters/renewals.
Mange and maintain IT asset inventory and records.
Work with internal departments to understand IT requirements and support the implementation of system improvements, and process enhancements.
Support IT projects and perform IT related duties assigned.
Requirements
At least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software and end user support.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including user accounts, access rights, licenses, and subscriptions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple IT issues.
Experience supporting ERP system, particularly in Dynamics 365 will be preferred.
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel for workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis will be an added advantage.
Organised, responsible and proactive in resolving IT issues and supporting process improvements.
