Design, develop and maintain digital products to support HR operations, workforce management and operational decision-making.
Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Dataverse and Power BI.
Build AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, dashboards and reporting tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Gather user requirements and translate business workflows into practical digital solutions.
Conduct application testing, troubleshooting and enhancements to ensure system reliability.
Prepare user guides, technical documentation and handover materials for product sustainment.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to support adoption and long-term use.
Support the full product lifecycle from prototyping and deployment to continuous improvement and sustainment.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields.
Able to understand business requirements and translate workflows into digital solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
