ML Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Partner with customers' development and data science teams to deeply understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and organizational challenges.

• Design and architect AI/ML solutions leveraging a leading cloud platform's services to solve real customer problems at scale.

• Accelerate customer adoption by partnering with technical and sales teams to drive AI/ML and GenAI workloads from exploration to production.

• Act as a technical liaison between customers and service teams, channeling customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.

• Evangelize AI/ML services and share best practices through technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements.

• Build and nurture an internal community of GenAI subject matter experts to enable knowledge sharing and technical readiness.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.

• 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.

• 2+ years of experience developing AI models in real-world environments and integrating AI/ML services into large-scale production applications.

• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.

• Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English.
