As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating, validating and troubleshooting complex software and system components within a high-tech environment. You will work closely with software developers, system engineers and other technical stakeholders to ensure that individual components function correctly together and meet system-level requirements.
The role combines software integration, system testing, automation and technical problem-solving, with a strong focus on quality and system performance.
The role :
- Integrate and validate software components within complex systems.
- Define and execute integration, system and functional testing activities.
- Analyze system behavior and identify the root cause of integration issues.
- Troubleshoot problems across software components, interfaces and system interactions.
- Develop and maintain automated test and validation solutions.
- Work with Python-based tooling and test automation frameworks.
- Validate APIs, interfaces and communication between system components.
- Support continuous integration activities using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Translate system and software requirements into integration and verification activities.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, system engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Document test results, defects and technical findings and communicate these clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration, testing and validation processes.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related technical field.
- Experience working in complex high-tech or semiconductor environments.
- Experience integrating software into larger multidisciplinary systems.
- Comfortable working with multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders.
- Strong experience with software/system integration and testing.
- Python, Test automation, System testing and integration testing, Functional and regression testing, API testing, CI/CD and DevOps environments, Agile/Scrum development.
- Experience with tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium or similar.
- Experience troubleshooting complex software/system interactions.
