Requirements
The client already has a team. What they don't have is you.
- At least a year or two working directly with clients in software delivery at an agency, consultancy or product studio.
- At least one uncomfortable client conversation you came out of with the relationship intact.
- You've changed how a team works, not just run its ceremonies. You can tell us what was broken, what you did, and how you knew it worked.
- You take responsibility before anyone hands it to you, and you'd rather act than wait for the perfect brief.
- People give you honest feedback because you give it first.
- English you work in, not English you passed. Polish for the team.
- Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with openness to occasional business trips.
Things we'll ask you to show, not list: how you decide fast when a call is reversible and slow when it isn't; how you keep several stakeholders with different agendas straight; how you work Slack-first and async across time zones.
Offer description
- Self-organizing teams and a Business Unit Lead who builds strategy with you and doesn't need to approve your day-to-day calls
- International clients building something real Gulf, Europe, the US
- AI tools across the stack: we use them, teach them, build with them
- Flat structure around since 2004, still no corporate HR department
- Colleagues who give real feedback, not just good vibes
- Equipment: MacBook or Windows notebook, monitors if needed
- LuxMed and Multisport on preferential terms
- Regular team meetups: remote doesn't mean isolated
Your responsibilities
- Our clients in the Gulf, Europe and the US run long-term teams with Boldare. Those teams are self-organizing: they talk to the client directly, run their own Scrum, and Tech Leads own the technical side. But self-sufficiency doesn't happen by itself — someone builds the culture that makes it real.
- This is a long-running service, not a project. There's no scope to defend and no deadline to hit. The client owns the product. You own how we work together.
- Build and protect the culture that keeps a team self-sufficient: openness, direct feedback, ownership. This comes first.
- Run a few client engagements in parallel, in English, every day. Each client should feel like they're your only one.
- Be the person the team and the client reach when something can't be resolved internally.
- Keep mixed teams (Boldare plus the client's own vendors) aligned on priorities and communication.
- Run health checks and retros with the client, 1:1s with the team, and write agreements down.
- Notice when a client needs more than they're getting, and bring it to the Business Unit Lead.
- Grow into the operations of your engagements: day-to-day first, then renewals and settlement.
- Some weeks the PO won't answer, the approval will sit with three people, and a key person will go on holiday the day a client asks a hard question. Your job is that we notice on day one, not day twenty, and that the client never wonders whether anything is happening.
