Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow platform configurations and workflows
- Implement system enhancements and new features based on user feedback and business needs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred
