Build and maintain Hex’s core compute platform for code execution, SQL querying, and data processing. Design backend data systems, APIs, caching, dependency frameworks, and performance optimizations across the stack. Work with Python, SQL, databases, data processing systems, and collaborative notebook interfaces. Engineers will improve platform usability, monitoring, scalability, and speed while collaborating effectively in a remote-first environment.
