Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour, Weekend standby required
Location: Bedok (Onsite when needed)
Provide technical support for maintenance projects and day-to-day operations.
Perform system administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and support for Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Support project implementation, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth system performance and service delivery.
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Familiar with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, and firewall management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with weekly standby duty on a rotating schedule.
