We are looking for an experienced Data Expert / Data Architect to join a long-term project within the Insurance sector, focused on the evolution, operation and optimization of enterprise data platforms on Microsoft Azure.

🧩 DATA EXPERT / DATA ARCHITECT – AZURE
We are looking for a Data Expert / Data Architect with strong experience designing, evolving and supporting data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
Experience with Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL Pool
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Pipelines
Experience designing parameterized and metadata-driven pipelines
Strong SQL / T-SQL skills
Experience with Python and PySpark
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark
Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
Experience designing and optimizing data ingestion, transformation and loading processes
Experience with batch processing and large-scale data loads
Strong troubleshooting skills across pipelines, SQL, Spark, storage and platform configuration
Experience implementing data quality, reconciliation and idempotency controls
Experience managing permissions, identities and access to databases and ADLS Gen2
Knowledge of Azure connectivity and security, including Private Endpoint, Private Link and Private DNS
Experience with Git, Azure Repos and Azure DevOps
Experience deploying and versioning data platform components
Ability to coordinate technically with Data, Infrastructure, BI, Security and Support teams
Ability to analyze complex incidents and identify root causes across the data platform
Experience optimizing data solutions for performance, stability and reliability
