WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?
We are looking for a Data & AI Platform Engineer to join a cross-functional team delivering enterprise-scale data and AI solutions. This role combines cloud migration, data platform engineering, security, and AI development.

Main tasks:
- Design, develop, test, and deliver production-ready AI and NLP solutions
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities with existing tools, platforms, and infrastructure
- Build and optimize data processing frameworks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical platforms
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery
- Support cloud and on-premise integration and migration initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with corporate security, governance, and compliance standards
- Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence practices
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies as a member of a cross-functional squad
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software, data, or platform engineering
- Proven experience delivering hybrid-cloud or cloud migration projects
- Strong understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development using Spark, dbt, or similar technologies
- Experience working with Delta Lake, Parquet, and modern data storage solutions
- Knowledge of metadata management and catalog platforms such as DataHub or Amundsen
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including data cleaning, normalization, and transformation
- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
- Understanding of networking concepts, including VXLAN and MPLS
- Knowledge of Zero-Trust security principles
- Experience with secrets management and identity solutions, including Vault, Azure AD, and SAML
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, or similar CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with code quality and security testing tools such as SonarQube and OWASP ZAP
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and EBA guidelines
- Good English, at least B2/B2+
