In this role, you will design and deliver foundational services and developer tools that power League's engineering organization. You will take ownership of complex problems across the platform's backend systems and partner closely with leadership, product, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will also mentor and coach engineers, uphold engineering quality, and contribute to the platform roadmap.

- Balances hands-on delivery with cross-team collaboration, and understands how their work connects to broader platform and company objectives
- Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders

- Operates with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound technical judgment on ambiguous or open-ended problems with minimal guidance (at Staff level, sets direction across pods, not just your own team)
