Complete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development
Serve as an individual contributor on complex projects
Maintain an excellent functional understanding of supported applications
Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks on projects of varying scope
Prepare and manage the technical component of project plans
Participate in systems development activities from technical analysis through user acceptance testing
Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging
Evaluate complex relationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms
Provide analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing technology uses supporting business objectives
Prepare and review technical and functional specifications, systems documentation, charts, tables, and diagrams
Prepare and review project assessments, including tasks, time frames, and effort
Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications
Recommend technologies, policies, or processes and participate in technical evaluations of vendor software
Follow and promote development standards and procedures
Maintain understanding of supported business functions, processes, operations, and strategic direction
Assist with expense and capital budgets
Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and internal control requirements
Identify risk issues requiring escalation to management
Support diversity and the Bank brand
Implement internal and external audit points and address applicable regulatory issues
Complete other related duties, including potential leadership in due diligence, cost/benefit analysis, and business studies
Work under the Technology Team Lead and independently handle high-level systems analysis and technical development phases
Manage project activities and monitor staff performance
Interact with senior management, technology personnel, clients, and vendors
Provide backup to higher management and serve as a technical representative on committees or ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Minimum of an Associates degree and 5 years systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years systems analysis/application development experience
Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms
Proficiency with personal computers, pertinent project management software, word processing software, and spreadsheet software
Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented
Strong lateral thinking skills
Experience coordinating between Applications and business units
Experience recommending and implementing systems solutions
Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates
Good understanding of the Bank's application framework
Subject matter expertise in the business and knowledge or experience utilizing the supported application/system
Advanced understanding of supported applications and interfacing/integrated applications
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously

Advanced knowledge of the entire system to work on projects outside normal business-as-usual activities
