A multinational financial technology business is expanding its engineering organisation in Dublin and is looking for a Engineering Manager to lead a growing team and play a key role in the next phase of its product development.

This is a role for someone who wants to stay close to the technology while having real ownership across people, architecture, technical strategy and product direction.

You’ll be leading a team of 5+ engineers initially, with scope to grow, while remaining hands-on with C#/.NET and helping define how the platform is built.

• Strong SQL + AWS/Azure experience
• Previous experience leading or managing software engineers
• Financial services experience is essential
• Background in banking, trading, investment platforms, payments, capital markets or complex financial systems
