System Engineer (Cloud / Microsoft Stack)

Requirements

-> 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role;

-> Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments;

-> Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO;

-> Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage;

-> Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management;

-> Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus);

-> Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring);

-> Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage);

-> Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional);

-> Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training;

-> Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Your responsibilities

• -> Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes;
• -> Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices;
• -> Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• -> Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments;
• -> Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring;
