Working Model: Mostly remote, with occasional travel to Cork

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Senior Project Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or cloud projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions involving end-user communications and Organizational Change Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or 5 years of experience in Information Technology projects, as specified in the role requirements.
- Confidence operating in large enterprise environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 3 years managing enterprise IT infrastructure implementations and cloud migrations.
- 3 years managing server replacements, upgrades, and refreshes across multiple data centres.
- 5 years of experience with Project Management Frameworks, estimation guidelines, resource management, quality audits, process improvements, training, and PPM tools and dashboards.
- Experience with Planview, Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
- PMP and/or Agile certifications are an advantage.
- Strong conflict management, critical thinking, risk mitigation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
