We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.

We are supporting a leader company in locomotive leasing and maintenance, and it is building a dedicated Digital, Data & AI engineering team in Warsaw. You will join the founding team through Talan. You will work hands-on inside client's product teams, backlogs and repositories, in close collaboration with the Product, Architecture, Integration, Data and Cyber teams in France.

Mission: Set up the engineering foundations: development harnesses, environments, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, release controls, AI-assisted engineering controls and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and release and rollback procedures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls (secrets, identity, access).
• Set up automated test frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates.
• Run logging, monitoring and observability, and support incident response.
• Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
  
  

Must have

• 6+ years in DevOps, platform or SRE engineering.
• CI/CD, IaC, automated testing and observability in production environments.
• Cloud platform operations and security controls.
• Fluent English (C1)

Preferred: Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry, Redis, PostgreSQL, LLM evaluation and guardrails.
