Join our team as a Senior Product Software Engineer, where you'll take ownership of product initiatives from problem understanding to outcome validation. You'll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives, collaborate with various stakeholders, and build and operate production software across backend and frontend. This role offers high autonomy, ownership, and accountability, with a focus on strong engineering fundamentals and product judgment.

- Strong full-stack experience
- Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React
- Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics
- Spanish fluency
