Senior Software Engineer (Monetization Engineering)

Join Pinterest as a Senior Software Engineer in the Monetization Engineering team. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust frameworks and features that empower both developers and users. You will have the opportunity to create and drive new initiatives, from inception to release. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 4 years of industry experience, and proficiency in common backend and frontend tech stacks.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience in following best practices in writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers
- Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in one or more common backend and frontend tech stacks: e.g. Javascript, React, API, storage, caching and data processing
- Minimum 4 years of industry full-stack or backend development experience, building consumer or business facing products
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per month
